JOB RETENTION BASICS <ul><li>GET TO WORK ON TIME </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Being late for work costs your employer money which is a huge problem, come in early and stay late </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Get busy as quickly as possible, avoid following the lead of other people in the office or work site </li></ul><ul><li>After completing an assignment, find another to complete as soon as possible. </li></ul>

OPEN YOUR MIND TO LEARNING <ul><li>Don’t be complacent, you must be continually improving </li></ul><ul><li>If you quit learning you will eventually be out of a job </li></ul><ul><li>Always take advantage of training opportunities offered </li></ul><ul><li>Especially work on leadership, technology, and problem-solving skills. </li></ul>
