presented in a compelling and well-organized manner, it
will be of value to your audience.

There is no point in generating leads on your website if
you’re not going to follow up with them. Some people may
become a client the ﬁrst time they visit your site, but most
are not yet ready to purchase your product or service.
When you capture them as a lead (by providing something
