  5. 5. TECHNIQUES TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE CONDITION OF SKIN? <ul><li>There are five basic skin types:- </li></ul><ul><li>Normal Skin </li></ul><ul><li>Oily Skin </li></ul><ul><li>Acne prone Skin </li></ul><ul><li>Combination Skin </li></ul><ul><li>Dry Skin </li></ul>
  6. 6. COMBINATION SKIN <ul><li>Combination skin means that your face most likely has an oily zone that includes your forehead, nose, and chin, while the rest of your skin has normal to dry patches. If you were to draw a line through these areas, it would look like the letter &quot;T&quot; hence, the commonly used beauty term, the T-Zone. The T-Zone is oilier than the rest of your face because it has a higher percentage of oil glands. </li></ul>

MY SCALP TYPE <ul><li>My scalp type is normal and I use L’oreal shampoo & conditioner daily. </li></ul><ul><li>I deep condition my hair once a week. </li></ul><ul><li>Deep conditioning steps:- </li></ul><ul><li>Apply shampoo on wet hair and lather it well and rinse it with luke warm water. </li></ul><ul><li>Squeeze out extra water, and then apply hot oil conditioner on hair. </li></ul><ul><li>Take hot towel steam for 5 minutes. </li></ul><ul><li>Then wash it. </li></ul>
  10. 10. My height and weight <ul><li>Height is : 165cm </li></ul><ul><li>Weight is : 61kg </li></ul><ul><li>My normal weight should be from 49-59 kgs & I am 3 kgs over-weight. </li></ul>

My EXERCISE REGIME <ul><li>My height is 165 cms & my weight is 61 kgs </li></ul><ul><li>I am over weight & this is not </li></ul><ul><li>suitable for my height hence I have to loose weight so I am doing these exercise. </li></ul><ul><li>TYPES OF EXERCISES:- </li></ul><ul><li>Warm up jogging for 15 min. </li></ul><ul><li>Breathing exercise for 5 min. </li></ul><ul><li>Stretching for 10 min. </li></ul><ul><li>Aerobics for 30 min. </li></ul><ul><li>Arm exercise 5 raps. </li></ul><ul><li>Shoulder exercise 5 raps. </li></ul><ul><li>Abs exercise 5 raps. </li></ul><ul><li>Mountain climbers 10 min </li></ul><ul><li>Cone lunges10-15 raps. </li></ul><ul><li>Facial exercise for 10 min </li></ul>
