  • Marquette Group is headquartered in Peoria, Illinois, the heart of the American marketplace.We began with the original search engine – Yellow Pages advertising – in 1963. This year, we celebrate 50 years of connecting local customers to national brands. We draw on the wisdom we’ve developed over five decades to create advertising that generates highly qualified leads and meets cost-per-lead and ROI goals. By 1996, we embraced the new advertising opportunities available through digital technology and the Internet, making us early adopters of these new media. We were the first company to place Internet Yellow Pages advertising when it launched in 1997. We are the largest CMR—certified marketing representative, in the Yellow Pages industry. One of our owners, Chris Cummings, is the former Chair of the Local Search Association, previously known as Yellow Pages Association, and the first person outside of the publishing industry to serve in this capacity. He also served as a founding member and former chair of the Association of Directory Marketing (ADM) and a board director and chairman for the Yellow Pages Association (YPA). Chris was the first YPA executive outside of the publishing industry to be elected to lead this national organization. He led the effort to merge ADM with YPA in 2010.Even though we’re the ‘largest’, we remain nimble and flexible, partnering with each client to provide boutique service and solutions customized to their individual needs. Chris and co-owner Eric Webb are available daily for our clients and look forward to collaborating with each one. We are financially healthy and maintain no outside debt beyond a line of credit for seasonal cash flow. We have experienced solid growth in digital media over the past three years with 48% revenue growth and 197% growth in the size of our digital team. We have created a culture that stimulates and rewards our employees. Staff tenure is high, which means our employees bring tremendous industry experience to the clients they serve.
