This study investigated biofilm formation and hypochlorous acid tolerance in Listeria monocytogenes strains of different genetic subtypes and serotypes. The researchers found that nutrient levels influenced biofilm accumulation differently depending on the strain. Serotype 4b strains produced more biofilm in high nutrients, while serotype 1/2a strains produced more in low nutrients. Some strains were more tolerant of hypochlorous acid than others. Biofilm cell density and morphology was not associated with tolerance. Proteomic analysis identified proteins downregulated in a hypochlorous acid tolerant variant strain exhibiting increased biofilm, including ribosomal proteins and a sugar binding protein.

The document provides specifications for the LIQ-60 line monitoring system from GridSense, which consists of Conductor Mounted Sensors (CMS), data collators (LIQ-Gateways), and analysis software. The LIQ-60 CMS monitors faults, load changes, temperature and other data on overhead power lines between 5-138kV. It detects faults from 5-25,000A, logs load and temperature data, and stores fault waveforms and timestamps. The LIQ-Gateway collects data from multiple CMS units and transmits it via cellular or radio to utility control rooms using various communication protocols.

PMP BITES: 20 Flashcard questions for Chapter 1May Wong, PMP
I was constantly overwhelmed by the 618 pager PMBOK guide.
At the beginning of each chapter - as I saw the framework for that syllabus, my palms get sweaty. I dread the upcoming few hours of pouring over the dry notes.
These are the very reasons why I've create a PMP-Bite series. A compilation of 'small-bites' focusing on the more frequently asked topics, and delivered to you in 'bite-size'.
After completing Chapter 1 - here are 20 questions to test your knowledge.
The document discusses the anatomy of the forearm flexor surface. It notes that the forearm runs from the elbow to wrist and contains 8 muscles, 2 arteries, and 3 nerves. The median nerve supplies most muscles except the flexor carpi ulnaris and medial half of the flexor digitorum profundus, which are supplied by the ulnar nerve. The deep 3 muscles receive innervation from the anterior interosseous branch of the median nerve.
