  5. Just like with other utensils, after you use chopsticks for a while they become like an extension of your body and you don’t need to be aware of them or think about how you use them. However, using chopsticks is a delicate task, and after using them long enough you also forget the intuitive strategies you were using initially.   6. Base: Hold the chopsticks so that one of them is a base (relatively static and quite firm) while the other one is dynamic and flexible as needed © 2006 Touch360, Inc. All Rights Reserved.
