Bitacora personas

  1. 1. Bitácora: personas Agustin Benito Bethencourt Bitácora is an (ideal) tool to manage multidisciplinary teams in distributed environments. It is based on Ship's Logs (logbook) and the first implementation I can record was made by Foton S.I., an Spanish Open Source company based in the Canary Islands, Spain, which I worked with. Since then, I have used it with different implementations in a variety of environments and teams. Bitácora is an attempt to develop the right tool and do it right. So one of the first steps is define the normalized user that we will have in mind during the design and development of Bitacora: personas. The product design is described in a series of articles on my blog. These personas are better described in the third article. The cliparts has been take from clker.com and 1001freedownloads.com
