Career Change – Adapting Existing Change Tools <ul><ul><li>John Kotter , Professor of Leadership at Harvard Business School introduced an 8 step change process in his 1995 book - Leading Change . </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>With slight modification this change roadmap can be successfully applied to Career Change so that an individual’s objectives can be achieved. </li></ul></ul>
