(E-6 & below only)<br />8.MWR Coupon Book or Certificate<br />9.Reenlistment Contract & Page 13’s (SRB & Leave) from PSD (pick up by PS1 or CCC the day before reenlistment)<br />10.Photographer <br />Suggested Reenlistment Script<br />1.Reenlisting Officer presents speech (3 minutes max.)<br />2.Reenlisting Officer: Discharges the member. Optional: CCC reads Discharge.<br />3.Member (optional): Comment / Speech (a minute max.)<br />4.All hands on attention, Reenlisting Officer gives: Reenlistment Oath.
