Community Reaction to Trust Report <ul><li>Several good questions were raised during the open mic Q&A including: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>What IPR rights and legal provisions pertain to pre-RFC5378 contributions into the IETF? </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Answer: &quot;We need to secure additional rights from the original authors for derivative works.&quot; </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>What IPR rights and legal provisions pertain to &quot;non-IETF&quot; submissions? </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Answer: &quot;We do not know, except that this is not an issue for the IETF Trust.&quot; </li></ul></ul></ul>
