  2. 2. Realtor Todd Beardsley has served clients in the California cities of Atherton, Menlo Park, and Palo Alto since 2007. As an owner and broker of Menlo Atherton Realty, Todd Beardsley utilizes the most current marketing techniques to represent both buyers and sellers in a competitive real estate market. Beyond his responsibilities at Menlo Atherton Realty, Mr. Beardsley maintains membership in industry organizations such as the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors.
  3. 3. Originally established in 1905 as the California State Realty Federation, CAR began as a group of approximately 70 real estate agents and has grown to include more than 155,000 members today. The organization is dedicated to providing educational and professional resources that help members grow and succeed in their businesses.
  4. 4. Among its initiatives to assist realtors is the annual California Association of Realtors (CAR) Expo, which is recognized as the premier trade show for the real estate industry in the state. The Expo is an event that provides professional development, networking, and educational opportunities for all CAR members. New elements of the 2013 program include broker conferences and workshops for seasoned agents, as well as a real estate boot camp for new agents. The 2013 Expo will be held Oct. 8-10, 2013 in Long Beach, California, with the 2014 and 2015 Expos scheduled to take place in Anaheim and San Jose, California, respectively.
