That is, governments are the means through which state power is employed. States areserved by a continuous succession of different governments.Each successive government is composed of a specialized and privileged body of individuals, who monopolized political decision-making, and are separatedby status and organization from the population as a whole. Their function is to enforce existing laws, legislate new ones, and arbitrate conflicts via theirmonopoly on violence. In some societies, this group is often a self-perpetuating or hereditary class. So, we canextract the videos from the internet and add them into ourenvironment within SMART notebook.There are numerous resources for videos - Learn360 andYouTube are just a few of the larger video sources that wecan use.

Learn 360 keeps 3 versions ofeach video so users canalways stream them if thereare hardware and/or softwarelimitations on your computer.For SMARTboard use, selectthe option for Flash.When you select flash, lookbelow the video for a downloadbutton. In some cases, the download button may be absent. In those cases, you can add links to your SMART notebook presentations.

To extract the video from the website and put it into our controlled notebook environment, we need to copy the URL for the desired YouTube video. We then take this URL and paste it into the URL field of various websites around the internet. The most popular arePaste keepvid.com, savevideo.me, and downloadtube.org.
