Purchase the property, let it sit for a few years and resell after
the economy and demand for hotel properties has increased
Note: The owner has reserved $2Million of the actual purchase price to
assist the new owner with the approval process.
If you intend to let the property sit for a few years you can purchase the
property at a “Buy Now” price of only $13 Million. All approvals will be the
new owners responsibility. Estimated Taxes for the property are less than
