  6. 6. HOW CONDUCT Prepare for the interview Assemble the data Study the person’s job description Compare performance to the standards Agreeable time for the interview Private place
  7. 7. Main steps There are four steps Be direct and specific Don’t get personal Encourage the person to talk Don’t tiptoe around
