I think “Night at the Museum” is a very entertaining movie because itbrought history to life. One very funny part of the movie is when the T-Rex skeleton chases Larry the Night Watchman around the museum untilLarry figures out that T-Rex just wants to play fetch with him. Then theyplay fetch together just like you would do with a dog. It was so cute, hewas even wagging his tail and Larry even named him Rexy.
Another very amusing part is when the the Capuchin monkey Dexter steals Larry’skeys. When Larry gets so annoyed with Dexter he treats him like a baby, and then heplays a trick on Dexter and gives him baby keys. It was so funny. I laughed so hard.In the movie they called Dexter, “a ball of fun” because he was funny and he wasalways playing tricks on the night guards.
My all time favorite part of the movie is when Octavius and Jedadiah team up to save the “Tabletof Ahkmenrah” from the bad security guards. When the movie starts, the Cowboys and the Romans are fighting with each other. By the end ofthe movie they form a true friendship and they help try to save the day while riding in a toy Jeep. Then they crash and just when Larry doesn’t think they’ve made it, they magically appear andsay, “We’re not leaving yet!”. It was so funny. This was one of the funniest movies I’ve everseen, from the night guard to the monkey, it was all so great.I would love the job of Larry in the movie because then I would get to see history come to life. Iwould get to live the character’s life and even get to meet them.
Ask your Parent! The movie my mom chose that provoked her is, “An Affair to Remember”. The endprovoked my mom because the man realizes that the lady didn’t leave him for anotherman, she got into an accident and couldn’t walk. When she told him what happened hestill loved her.
MATH!The Base Ten Number System is the same as Place Value. For example, in thenumber 385, the three is in the hundreds place, the eight is in the tens place andthe five is in the ones place. Then you keep going up with larger numbers into thethousands and ten-thousands, and so on, and so on.The Base Ten Number System is different compared to the Braille number systembecause in Braille they use tiny bumps. The first ten letters of the alphabet areread as numbers. Braille is the system of writing and printing for the blind. Brailleis named after its inventor Louis Braille. Braille is a combination of 63 dotpatterns called characters. Braille was created by punching six or more bumpsinto cardboard. Braille was published in 1829.The Braille number system is not easy to use. Braille is read from left to right justlike we read.
