At least one attempt was made<br />to finish the project in the early 2000’s, but it, too, seems to <br />have bogged down.<br />Despite this, the Cuban government has subsidized the education of many musicians, both classical <br />and contemporary over the years, giving numerous individuals a chance to fully realize their talents.<br />The End<br />
