The tires set was sold for Rs. 100 less than the asking price. </li></ul><ul><li>5. The item that was sold for Rs. 50 was an article of clothing. </li></ul><ul><li>6. Mr. Pandey spent Rs. 400 less than Mr. Chowbey. </li></ul><ul><li>7. Mr. Haathi paid for the dress with a Rs. 100 note (value equal to 50% the original price) and </li></ul><ul><li>received Rs. 25 in change. </li></ul><ul><li>8. Mr. Gupta spent less for the item, than Mr. Sharma, who spent less than Mr. Pandey. </li></ul><ul><li>9. The item originally priced the highest did not sell for the highest price.
