Solution Communication is mandatory at the beginning of every software project, is recommended throughout the software project, and is mandatory once the deployment activity is underway. Planning is no longer general, but settles on numbers, names, figures and time frames involving every team members involved in that particular project. The objectives of a specific communication plan, as well as the tasks to be accomplished in achieving these deliverables.
