An important element is the development of our country operations towards strong members of local civil society, including engaging local governments and local donors while securing sustainable income levels for all countries. 02/2011–07/2014 Plan International – Deputy CEO – Woking, UK Responsible for Plan’s international program development, implementation and evaluation in 50 Countries. 9 direct reports. 8000 staff. Budget E450 million. Established various strategic partnerships and global coalitions. A successful example is S4YE (www.s4ye.org) the Global Coalition for Youth Employment Solutions.
