  • For the consumer that wants to make informed tire purchasing decisions, the FASTrack interactive touch screen system provides specification and pricing information for Forsythe tire products. The system is a more efficient way of meeting consumer needs by using innovative technology to deliver the information that customers want when they want it.
  • Forsythe will partner with Motorola solutions to develop the FASTrack interactive system and smartphone app. Motorola will provide solutions that will allow customers to check prices, get product information or find an associate at the exact moment they want one. The system will provide data on customer flow and track how promotions influence purchases leading to satisfied customers and smarter merchandising decisions.
  • Customers will begin by touching the kiosk screen.
  • Customers will have the option of looking up product information or finding tires for their vehicle.
  • To find the right tires for their vehicle…. They will select theirvehicle’s year, make and model….
  • After selecting a few options about their driving habits…
  • The FASTrack systemwill search its vast database of car manufacturer vehicle specifications to provide the best tires to match the their vehicle and driving habits.
  • They will receive pricing information and have the option of comparing FASTrack’s top picks, viewing full product details or a just a quick overview of the product.
  • After making a selection, the customer can request a FASTrack specialist to assist them further with their purchase. The customer will also be presented with a QR code to download the FASTrack smart phone app.
  • The FASTracksmartphone app will be available for download on Android and iPhone platforms. Customers can begin taking advantage of discounts right away when they make a purchase. The app will send reminder notifications for tire maintenance and also offer incentives when customers bring their vehicles in for routine tire checks within the recommended timeframe. It will also keep track of mileage, service history and allow customers to schedule a service appointment. Other features available will include, where to find cheap gas, a parking reminder and find a FASTrack store locator. This smartphone app will help Forsythe track consumer purchasing habits and the effectiveness discount programs. The goal is to build brand awareness and loyalty by providing customers with incentives to bring their vehicles back for maintenance and eventually for new tire purchases at the end of the tire life.

We do this by equipping all Forsythe retail locations with an interactive touch screen system that provides specification, technology and pricing information for our products. This system is integrated with tire specification information for every car manufacturers’ make and model, to determine the best products available to match each customer’s unique needs. Unlike other tire retailers that depend on point of sale marketing material to educate customers about products and sales pitches to sell products, FASTrack is a more efficient way of meeting consumer needs by using innovative technology to deliver product information that will help make informed purchasing decisions without any added pressure or frustrations.
