A catchy title and one liner are key to hook.• Simple, brief and well designed treatments are also helpful, with a clear view aboutstory and characters, but also • What you intend to create (diagram where possible) • The business model for each element • The distribution strategy • Clear view on how multiplatform will enhance the project• Ensure you have a budget the market will support! Scale back (or up) if not.• Partnerships are essential.
