We helped Reuters launch their consumer media division with a brand-building banner campaign. The work was designed to respond at a moments notice to new news. When people clicked on a banner they were taken to the relevant story on Reuters.com. In doing so, we gave their advertising as much currency as their product.
Insight Communications is cable company with an operating footprint in Kentucky. When they came under threat by AT&T from AT&T they asked us to help them differentiate their brand among business to business and residential customers. We helped them discover and exploit their competitive advantage advantage which was to be seen as high-tech company connected to the local community. An animated high-speed cable became a branded storytelling device delivering messaging from customer service to community roots to corporate values.
Insight was then able to further reinforce their brand promise with the introduction CN/2, a local weather channel dedicated to providing coverage Kentuckyans couldn’t get elsewhere. Again we used a simple but ownable branding device to connect the CN/2 to its programming.
