the three characters walking. The sound track used in that
particular scene was track by DMX called X’ gon give it to
ya. The reason why this song was used was because of how
aggressive the track is, it shows the superiority and
coolness of these characters. It’s an up tempo song and has
a bop feel to it making it appealing to the audience as it’s
also a hip hop genre based song.

As we get to this part of the clip the soundtrack
used was more of a composed song. The reason
it was used was because it was creating this
type of bad guy atmospheric feel that we get as
soon as she comes into the scene and does a
superhero landing as it also shows triumph.

The way they set it up is by playing the
soundtrack that he’s performing so you
really hearing the audio not the actually
performance but its synchronised in time
with Jamal's performance which it gives
it that raw impact that Jamal was trying
to portray in this scene. What that does
is give the audience at home a feel of
how Jamal is feeling with his emotions.
