The 30% profits on sales can either be taken in cheque or additional land bought at 10% discount - Rs. 450 per sq. feet. 2) Second Option – Investors and NRI’s can jointly appoint developers and benefit from the site development. They will have to give Rs 4.5 crores adjustable refundable deposit and development expenses in stages.For Approx. Min. 1) Rs. 4.5 crores as adjustable refundable deposit.Developers Amt Rs. 7 2) They will have to develop the entire plotted scheme and get aand Joint crores at Rs profit sharing of 30% on the sales. Why should anybody invest in Timba land at Ahmedabad ?The Government of Gujarat through one of its division AUDA (Ahmedabad UrbanDevelopment Authority) is developing the largest Ring Road which is 300 Feet wide. (currentring road - S P Ring Road is 200 Feet in width). Our site is adjoining the Proposed RingRoad, just 3 kms away. Most properties surrounding the Ring Roads are quoted in the regionbetween Rs 50 lakhs to Rs 1.00 Crores. Thereby, within the next 1.5 to 2 years ourinvestments should yield handsome appreciations to all clients.Secondly, the average prices ranging between Timba to Dhola – a stretch of 12 kms. are inthe region of Rs 650 to Rs 2,800 per sq. feet. We are selling the plots at Rs 500 per sq. feet.We are within the city limits of Ahmedabad, but outside AUDA (Ahmedabad UrbanDevelopment Authority). Just 12 kms. away from the SP Ring Road.
