  1. 1. EASTER MENU Campo Maior, Portugal Março, 2010
  2. 2. In Easter we’ll go camping in a place called Enxara . There is a river, lots of trees and a chapel. There’s where we eat during those days.
  3. 3. “ Sarapatel” (a soup with viscera of kid goat or lamb) with slices of bread and sliced orange.
  4. 4. Cabrito assado no forno com batatas. Roast kid with potatoes in the oven.
  5. 5. Tradicional folar da Páscoa com ovo. Traditional Easter-egg.
  6. 6. O “Pão de Ló”, bolo tradicional. The “Pão de Ló”, a traditional cake.
  7. 7. Arroz doce. Rice pudding.
  8. 8. “ Farófias” (made with whites, sugar and cinnamon.
  9. 9. Uma chávena de café. A cup of coffee. Ou uma chávena de chá. Or a cup of tea.
  10. 10. As doces amêndoas, algumas recheadas com chocolate. Sweet almond, some with chocolate.
