Flexible SOLUTIONS Robust Fiduciary Support Services You can mitigate your fiduciary risk by accessing the robust fiduciary support services of two independent registered investment advisers: 1. SWBC Investment Advisory Services LLC (SWBC) and 2. Stadion Money Management LLC (Stadion).Funding Vehicles 1. The warranty assures the plan sponsor that Stadion and its QDIA managed account service meet the relevant requirements for QDIAs under federal regulations, and that Stadion will indemnify the plan fiduciaries for any unreimbursed losses due to any breach of Stadion’s representations. 1.
