  2. 2. Exclusion of Achille’s bursitis easily treated when their causes are removing (friction, support of hyper-counter of the shoe) and Haglund disease in athletes (interim efficiency). We treat the whole Suro-calcaneo-fibular Plantar system = elasto-dynamic transmission belt which is adapted to prolonged standing, walking and running Healing of Chronic Calcaneal insertion and corporeal Tendinotinis could be accelerated by Dynamic Manual Adhesiolysis®.
  3. 3. I won’t developp usual rehabilitation (stretching, eccentric strengthening…) essential for athletes.

Whathever the order, Dynamic Manual Adhesiolysis® is a seven steps treatment: Then, the usual osteopathic dysfunctions of the foot, ankle, knee (fibula head almost always subluxed) and rebalance the pelvis (consequence or cause of the calcaneal tendon) can be treated. Manual Adhesiolysis can be started with antagonist anterolateral compartment of the leg, always contracted-stuck for compensation
  5. 5. SPECIFIC TREATMENT BY DYNAMIC MANUAL ADHESIOLYSIS® 1. Anteromedial tibial compartment “opening” on its full height. It’s consist in breaking Adhesions between periosteal insertions of muscles (posterior tibialis, Flexor Digitorum and Hallucis Longus with Soleus) and the posteromedial tibial border. It should liberate the posterior tibial neuro-vascularization and refocuses the calf muscles laterally. 2. Adhesiolysis of Calf improves gliding of Sural Triceps muscles (medial, lateral Gastrocnemius and Soleus) from popliteal fossa (Gastrocnemius condylar insertions…) to common tendon blade. It releases the popliteofibular, tibiofibular circulation and llaterally refocuses the calf. N.B.: NB: incidentally, patients prone to cramps improved (by decreasing chronic asphyxia ...)
  6. 6. 3. Manual Adhesiolysis of scar fibrosis painful nodules accelerates healing of the Achille’s tendon.. 4. Manual Adhesiolysis of Achille’s tendon fibers insertions (and its retinaculum) on the posterior and medial surface of the calcaneus to liberate the Medial Calcaneal Nerve and laterally refocus the Sural triceps
  7. 7. 5. We’ll think to perform adhesiolysis of the Posterior Tibial Nerve; Tibialis Posterior, Flexor Digitorum and Hallucis Longus tendons under and behind the medial malleolus. 6. Manual Adhesiolysis of insertion of Flexor Digitorum Brevis on the underside of the Calcaneus is crucial 7. Manual Adhesiolysis muscles and tendons of the foot will emphasize the Average Plantar Fascia.. NB: We can try an Velcro elasticized contention to refocus laterally the Sural Triceps after and effecive application test which relieved pain immediately.
