Updates are displayed on the user's profile page and delivered to other users who have signed up to receive them.   23. 23. Posting Jobs to Twitter Simply posting your job to twitter, and hoping that they are found by your target audience is NOT an effective way of using Twitter for recruitment. As with any other medium, recruiters need to target their audience and build a strong recognisable brand.
