  5. To show you what that means, I’m going to tell you a story and share a recipe with you. I am NOT a professionally trained chef. But please, do try this at home. Cooking is an amazing creative outlet.
  6. So to help share my flavor with you, I would like to tell you a story about what makes me unique.
  7. I would love for you all to taste this but I don’t think there is enough here for everyone. But wait!!! I prepared some earlier and have enough for everyone!!! Salsa for 200!

  9. You can build a successful business that only survives. We all can picture that one business that we wonder, how do they stay in business? Well in the case of this one they didn’t.

  23. 2nd step to finding your flavor is to actually look for it. That usually means learning new things, traveling, stepping outside of your day to day routine to see something new in yourself. Ask others to tell you what you are good at. Never stop learning - JoeCastillo at the age of 60 found a new flavor.

  41. Taco Trucks are all about speed - simple menu, a few items, easy to prepare, easy to sell, get it out the window. When you find your niche, keep it simple, and deliver it. People over think a business name or URL or brochure, get the food out the window.
