CO-OP What is the process? <ul><li>Direct mail is piece developed and designed along co-op guidelines. </li></ul><ul><li>If pre-approval is offered, AR will submit a sample proof for review/approval. </li></ul><ul><li>Once approved for co-op and release is signed, AR then prints and mails the design. </li></ul><ul><li>The USPS ( United States Postal Service ) provides AR with a 3602 proof of mailing statement. </li></ul><ul><li>A co-op package is then created and mailed to YOU, the dealership for final submission with the manufacturer’s co-op program. </li></ul>

Most direct mail companies want to send as much mail as possible. With @utoDirect we try to lower direct mail costs over time and promote our email program. Those customers, who sign on for the email program, will be taken off our direct mail list. </li></ul><ul><li>You will always have a number of customers who will NEVER use email. So why stop communicating with them because of that… </li></ul><ul><li>Let’s us make your life easier, by having only 1 vendor. Having 1 company will create consistency, instead of have 2 or 3 different vendors. </li></ul><ul><li>We can match our direct mail piece with an email or vice versa. The graphics remain consistent, just adjusted for the type of communication method. </li></ul><ul><li>We provide actual reports that show revenue brought in by direct mail…top notch reporting at @utoRevenue all around! </li></ul><ul><li>We pull directly from your DMS, remove duplicates and then cleanse it through the NCOA (National Change of Address) to obtain customers correct address if they have moved. </li></ul>

Pricing <ul><li>Recurring Program Only: </li></ul><ul><li>4 x 6 Postcard- $0.65 per piece </li></ul><ul><li>5.7 x 11 oversized postcard- $0.84 per piece </li></ul><ul><li>8.5 x 11 letter- $0.92 per piece </li></ul><ul><li>1 st class postage included. </li></ul><ul><li>USPS set postal rates may increase year to year and will be adjusted to the per piece pricing. </li></ul><ul><li>If the Platinum Package is purchased, then the per piece pricing is included. The postage will be in addition to the package, invoiced monthly. Co-op is not available within the Platinum Package. </li></ul>All 1X pricing is based on quantity, if interested we will assign a Direct Mail Representative to your account to discuss all available options.
