In over a decade of coaching leaders I have found myself hearing the same question - I consider myself and caring and effective leader, but why does this feedback from my team not support that? I wrote People-Centered Performance as a lens for leaders to identify and move past the barriers that get in the way of being the leaders we all want to be. Don’t expect a book report in this session, but expect an interactive experience where you are challenged to answer a few questions and get the benefit of hearing how others answer the same questions. You can also expect to leave with a couple tools you can use tomorrow to be a more effective leader.
