Neosporin Ointment Active Ingredient Each gram of Neosporin Ointment contains the following ingredients: Polymyxin B Sulfate USP 5000 units, Bacitracin Zinc IP 400 units, Neomycin Sulphate IP 3400 units. Each gram of Neosporin-H Ointment contains the following ingredients: Polymyxin B Sulfate USP 5000 units, Bacitracin Zinc IP 400 units, Neomycin Sulphate IP 3400 units, Hydrocortisone IP 10 mg. © The Swiss Pharmacy, Geneva Switzerland
  3. 3. Neosporin Ointment Recommended Dosage Apply a thin layer of Neosporin Ointment two to five times daily over the affected area.
