  4. 4. Eltroxin Tablets © The Swiss Pharmacy, Geneva Switzerland Recommended Adult Dosage The Initial recommended dose of Eltroxin tablets is 50 mcg to 100 mcg daily and adjusted at four or six week intervals by 50 micrograms until attainment of adequate clinical response.
