  1. 2. God of the Ages God of the ages, whose almighty hand Leads forth in beauty all the starry band Of shining worlds in splendor through the skies, Our grateful songs before Thy throne arise .
  2. 3. Thy love divine hath led us in the past; In this free land with Thee our lot is cast; Be Thou our ruler, guardian, guide and stay, Thy Word our law, Thy paths our chosen way.
  3. 4. From war’s alarms, from deadly pestilence, Be Thy strong arm our ever sure defense; Thy true religion in our hearts increase, Thy bounteous goodness nourish us in peace.
  4. 5. Refresh Thy people on their toilsome way; Lead us from night to never ending day; Fill all our lives with love and grace divine, And glory, laud, and praise be ever Thine.
  5. 6. America the Beautiful Oh, beautiful for spacious skies, For amber waves of grain, For purple mountain majesties Above thy fruited plain! America! America! God shed his grace on thee, And crown thy good with Brotherhood from sea to shining sea.

  13. 15. For the Healing of the Nations For the healing of the nations, Lord we pray with one accord; For a just and equal sharing of the things that earth affords. To a life of love and action help us rise and pledge our word help us rise and pledge our word.

  18. 23. Creed: I believe in God, the Father Almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
  19. 24. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; he descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven, is seated at the right hand of the Father, and will come again to judge the living and the dead.
  20. 25. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
  21. 27. Merciful God, we confess that we have not loved you with our whole heart. We have failed to be an obedient church. We have not done your will, we have broken your law, we have rebelled against your love, we have not loved our neighbors, and we have not heard the cry o the needy. Forgive us, we pray. Free us for joyful obedience, through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
  22. 29. In the name of Jesus Christ, you are forgiven! Glory to God. Amen.

  26. 37. Holy, holy, holy Lord, God of power and might, heaven and earth are full of your glory. Hosanna in the highest. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest.

  29. 43. Eternal God, we give you thanks for this holy mystery in which you have given yourself to us. Grant that we may go into the world in the strength of your Spirit, to give ourselves for others, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
