  1. 1. Year end function menu “C” R150 pp. Starters Platters of mixed Italian cold Meats, vegetables & cheeses, served with Napoli & Cheese Focaccia. Mains A choice of one of the following per customer Lasagna al forno Layers of pasta, Bolognese, bechamel, mozzarella & parmesan cheese, baked in the Pizza oven. Rigoletto Vegetarian Cannelloni, filled with spinach, roasted butternut & Ricotta Cheese, smothered in a delicate tomato sauce, topped with Parmesan cheese & baked in the Pizza oven. Tomba la Bomba Bolognese, garlic, ginger, chilli with a dash of cream served with penne pasta. Ravioli Napolitano Ricotta & spinach Ravioli in a creamy tomato sauce. Alfredo A creamy sauce of mushrooms & ham served with Tagliatelle. Pizza Matteo Napoli, mozzarella, herbs, sweet chilli chicken, jalapenos & feta. Pizza Vegetarian Napoli, mozzarella, herbs, bolognese, onions, chillies & peppers. Pizza 2010 Mozzarella, camembert, bacon, garlic, rocket & green fig preserve. Popsi’s Flatties Flame grilled Peri-Peri or Rosemary spatchcock chickens, served with a choice of pasta, rice, chips or vegetables.) Pollo alla Romana Pan fried Breast of chicken topped with prawns, shrimps & cream, served on a bed of Tagliatelle. Grilled Calamari Patagonian Calamari grilled in blackened butter, served with chips or rice and a choice of lemon or garlic butter or peri-peri sauce.
