Unpack archive on the local machine 4. Login (FTP ok), create a subdirectory, e.g. "/piwik" 5. Upload local folders and files to subdirectory 6. Open in Web browser and begin configuring 7. Like other platforms, tracking code added to pages Initial installation took 10-20 minutes; addingWeb sites as simple as creating an instance and then adding page tags 14
