  3. 3. I feel that these learning strategies will compliment most learners/users, e.g.:<br />Reflective (prefer working alone)<br />Active (kinaesthetic)<br />Visual learners<br />Auditory (uploading of videos)<br />

Collaboration is definitely possible.<br />The ning site would be created initially for Certificate III & IV students to use as a means for forming study groups etc, and keeping in contact outside of the classroom.<br />Moving forward, qualified gym instructors and personal trainers to utilise as a vehicle for sharing ideas (e.g. new exercises), posting blogs, uploading useful web links or videos etc.<br />

Then utilise online classroom environment, e.g. elluminate, for additional sessions as required.<br />Assessment: user is competent when they successfully sign up to ning and post a comment on the blog. <br />
