At SEI, we give our employees their birthday off so they can really have their cake and eat it too!

We give our employees 16 additional hours of PTO each year to volunteer in their community. GET PAID TO WORK OUT? SEI pays 50% of our employees gym membership!

  24. 24. With an average of two new markets opening every year, we will continue to grow at a consistent pace and make sure to offer our customers the services they need.
  25. 25. But as we grow, we will do it thoughtfully and with The SEI Way in mind. After all, just because everyone is selling craft beers, it doesn’t mean we are going to jump on-trend and start brewing our own SEI IPA.
