This information can help to assess the current performance of processes, whether we have problems with wait times, how total times develop, how well we meet service level agreements and what we should change or not. All information about workflow processes is readily available in the R/3 databases and can be evaluated by standard or individual reports.
  • Detailed information about results, agents, work items, status etc. about a finished or still running workflow. By clicking on the messages you get detailed information about warnings or errors.
  • Workload analysis will help you to get an overview of what work was done by which users, jobs, positions, organizational units.
