  3. 3. begin... 2002 February 2003 2006 Civil Society Meeting 6 CSO umbrella organization and other’s CSO conduct a CSO Meeting in Bogor with result CSO need 3 support (capacity building, information, trust fund) Starting IMPACT founded with a legality union organization. 13 NGO activist became a first member’s. IMPACT specific on mandate in capacity building for other’s CSO IMPACT Visioning IMPACT with supporting from UNDP, Yappika, Remdec and Inspirit conduct a several activity to re-focus business, area intervention, and services. 2007 Establishing CSRC IMPACT have a training centre, office, equipment, module, and supporting to give more service in facilitation and consultation for CSO

In first 2007, IMPACT will be focus on internal consolidation (office preparation, finishing organization structure and management system, recruit supporting staff, capacity building for main facilitator). phase I Creating of effectiveness CSO Organizational Management System Module IMPACT and INSPIRIT will created a integrated module according concept and strategic to maintain effective CSO. Otherwise, IMPACT will develop Participatory Monitoring module for CSO. On this phase resource center had been function and could be access by CSO and public. phase II IMPACT doing some promotion and conduct several workshop for CSO to use various module to increase their performance. phase III IMPACT promote coverage of module to others CSO. In the end of 2008, CSO Organizational Management Module and Participatory Monitoring Module has been adopt by at less 100 CSO. phase IV IMPACT start to develop regular training program for public specially government CSO. IMPACT Main Product are Facilitation Skills, Leadership Skills, Systemic Intervention Tools, Strategic Management, Project Management, Evaluation and Monitoring, etc. phase V

IMPACT main Facilitator will deliver to serve CSO from outside Aceh. phase VII IMPACT with CSO build a Social New age Conference to shared social innovation, social changed, methodology, facilitation technique including latest tool facilitation. phase VIII IMPACT with CSO will encourage World People Forum dealing with social innovation strengthening having been develop by learning community on overall of Aceh. phase IX IMPACT will metamorphose becoming International Community College and the best Centre Resource Social Knowledge in Southeast Asia. phase X
