Why use End-User License Agreement (EULA)

  11. 11. A License Granting clause. EULA agreements must cover license granting. Here’s an example of a clause where the license granted is “revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited…”
  12. 12. A Restrictions on Use clause. Users can use the app in both legal and illegal ways. A clause on license restrictions is another key part of an EULA agreement.
