the interactive, communicative & collaborative features of Web
2.0 tools allow for:

    •synchronous (in real time) and asynchronous (delayed,
    not in real time) connection between people

    •real-time sharing and collaboration of ideas, knowledge,
    resources, content, help & feedback
what does a simple Internet connection make possible?
