During this period I was able to convince the management about the need of computerisation, subsequently billing was computerised, which prompted total computerisation, LAN was introduced, branch office were connected with modem, communication became simpler, faster, efficient and economical (passing the buck practice stopped). </li></ul><ul><li>My tenure “Shanti Publications” brought out my hidden talent of designing, creating and conceiving a weekly newspaper and making it financially viable by achieving a break-even level within a span of a year and was trying out a hand at designing and hosting the website for the newspaper. </li></ul><ul><li>Have travelled and worked at almost all parts of India </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent networking within Advertising, Media and Marketing related industry. </li></ul>
