Its going to take you months. So lets assumethat the price is right thats comparable to other properties that are similar to yours in the market, its presented correctly,its ready to go for tenants to move in and its advertised correctly. From day one and up to the two-week mark this iswhen you receive your best inquiries and the most inquiries that you will get on your property. 2 of 4

When I say process, I mean checkthrough the references. At the four-week mark, you should have one tenant approved for the property and you should bedrawing the lease and organizing a move-in date.
