Jala Neti (Yogic Nasal Cleansing) in Pratishyaya • Among shatkarmas, neti is the best technique to purify the nasal passage, sinuses, etc. • Jala neti is one of the simplest forms of neti and devoid of side effects and is easy to perform. • Technique - Jala neti can be performed over a sink, a bowl on a table, in the shower or outside.
