includes all connected organs also – such as

• Bringing the dosha to koshta means – the bio‐
waste components or residuals are transported
to GIT for elimination
• The elimination methods include either oral route
(Vamana) or rectal route (Virechana) as Poorna
shodhana and Vasti as Ardha Chikitsa (Half way
treatment –not full shodhana)

– Shashtikashali contains anti‐oxidents, polyphenols, iron,
zinc which rejuvenates muscle, tissue. Bowman Briktrypsin
Inhibitor (BBI) protein present in shashtikashali having
anticarcinogenic anti inflammatory anti allergicactionanticarcinogenic, anti inflammatory, anti allergicaction.
When combines with Casein present in milk, BBI will
become Low Molecular Weight Protein (LMWP). This can
