  2. 2. Google Plus – the spine of all things Google You need to sign up for Google Plus to use Google Handouts. Sign up by clicking on the Plus in the black bar at the top of your email.
  3. 3. Sign up and set up your profile Say a little bit about who you are and what you’re into. Choose a profile photo, throw in some fun facts, and even add some bragging rights. Your Google+ profile helps friends and family recognize you across Google.
  4. 4. Create circles and add people to your circles Add friends and family to Circles to see what they’re sharing. Circles help you share with just the people -- whether you’re sending an inside joke to your family or sharing that unbelievable photo with everyone.
  5. 5. Share something Google+ is about great conversations. When you find an interesting post, you can show your appreciation by dding a comment or +1.
  6. 6. Share something Share something new, whether it’s a photo, a video, a link, or whatever else is on your mind with the public, a circle or specific people.
  7. 7. Join a community to engage with your interests Some of the world’s most creative and inspiring minds are on Google+, posting their latest ideas, videos, and photos on the topics you’re into. Add your favorite musicians, writers, athletes and entertainers to see what they’re saying right now, or join Communities that match your passions.
  8. 8. Start or join a Hangout Bring your conversations to life by starting or joining a Hangout. Connect with friends across computers, Android and Apple devices. Turn any Hangout into a live video call with up to 10 friends or simply search for a contact to start a voice call from your computer.
