This document discusses the differences between additive and subtractive primary colors. Additive primary colors are red, green and blue, which are used in additive color mixing of light sources like computer screens. Subtractive primary colors are cyan, magenta and yellow, which are used in subtractive color mixing of pigments like in printing. The RGB color model is used for additive mixing of light while the CMYK color model is used for subtractive mixing of pigments.
