  3. 3. Developmental Trends They expect Employers/Organisations • To be on Social Media (They Treat absence on social Media a serious crime) • Have a running website where they can possibly get information • Be totally Digital!
  4. 4. Recruiting Channels • Website • Social Media/LinkedIn • Industry Research Platforms: Slideshare/ Video Sharing • Newsletter Marketing • SMS Marketing • Influencer/Friend Sharing via Broadcast Messaging • OLX, JIJI, Job Boards, Nairaland,BBM, forums

Share jobs on these groups - Create industry-interested content on LinkedIn - Leverage Banner Advertising

Eg. “This is Why Nigerian Youths are Jobless.” Create interactive videos with a call-to-action
