  5. 5. In 2007, George Strait broke Conway Twitty’s record for most #1 songs on the Billboard list. He broke the record with 44 songs. <br />

  7. 7. Taking on a sound much like the classic country icons, Jamey Johnson has created a huge fan base for himself. He has collaborated with numerous artists including Waylon Jenning’s son, Shooter. <br />
  8. 8. With music instruction in schools, teachers found that students were less aggressive. <br />
